"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20
Alpha Course
 What is Alpha?
The Alpha Course is for anyone who would like to explore the Christian faith. It is relaxed, low-key, fun and practical. There is a meal together at the beginning of each session which gives everyone an opportunity to get to know each other.
Listen, learn, discuss and discover—and ask anything. Alpha is where no question is too simple or too offensive.
What is involved?
The Alpha course consists of a series of videos and talks looking at topics such as:
- Who is Jesus?
- Why did He die?
- Why and how should I read the Bible?
- Why and how do I pray?
- What about the Holy Spirit?
- How can I be sure of my faith?
It is a perfect way to find some answers and make new friends. Come, join us and check it out! These courses will be a joint ministry effort for our community between Cedar Park Church and Ladner Baptist Church.
Will there be childcare?
We understand our community is very family oriented and the safety and welfare of your
child(ren) is of our highest concern. We are making arrangements so that we can provide childcare during the course.
